Welcome to KirkFreeport.com, the online presence of Kirk Freeport Plaza Limited, Cayman’s most trusted duty free retailer.
Your use of Kirkfreeport.com (hereinafter “website”) confirms your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please discontinue your use of this website if you are unable to comply. Note that these may vary from time to time, so we encourage you to review them whenever you visit.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of The Cayman Islands. Our websites are not for use by children. Please contact us if a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information.
This website contains content owned by or licensed to us. This includes, but is not limited to, the visual appearance of the website and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
This website may also include links to other websites including those of the prestigious brands we represent. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites or the policies followed by those owning or operating those websites.
Although we and the brands we represent strive to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, no warranty or guarantee is implied as to the accuracy or completeness of the information herein and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Collection and/or Delivery Policy
It is important to note that not all the Products referenced on the website are available to be shipped to every territory. Many brands of watch or jewelry may not be exported by us, though they may be collected at the appropriate Kirk Freeport store on island for personal export by the customer.
Where delivery is offered, it will be by FEDEX, DHL or other appropriate courier and at market rate which will be advised at the time the transaction is completed. Items will be shipped to the address supplied at the time of Purchase and customers should verify that what they provide as an address is complete and appropriate for Courier company use. Kirk Freeport reserves the right to decline to ship to an address that cannot be verified.
Some items may be ‘drop-shipped’ direct from the manufacturer, in which case Kirk Freeport will provide an estimated delivery date.
Except where expressly indicated, products and services exclude delivery, and customs and duty charges and taxes in the destination territory; these are the responsibility of the Customer.
Return Policy
There is no return on sale-priced or promotionally-priced items.
Some items may be subject to additional return restrictions, which will be indicated on the store receipt.
There is no return for “buyer’s remorse”.
All other items may be returned within two calendar weeks from purchase date for store credit, provided each item is returned undamaged, unmarked and with all original packaging in perfect condition, and complete with all documentation and components and with the original Kirk Freeport receipt.
All Watches are sold with Manufacturer’s International Warranty and service is available at any authorized dealer.
Items collected at Kirk Freeport Stores should be inspected before the customer signs the store copy of the receipt and leaves the store.
Items Delivered. In rare cases items are damaged in transit by careless handling. In the event of a delivered item arriving with damaged packaging please photograph the exterior of the package before opening as proof may be required by the Courier. Please ensure damage is reported on the Courier’s records.

Special Orders and Drop-shipped items may be subject to other restrictions which will be advised during the purchase process.

Terms & Conditions Specific to Customer Service Department.
We photograph all incoming service items that are not while-you-wait, for your protection and ours.
We rely on the information that you, the client, provide when you drop off items for our attention, in order to safely return the items to you when we are done. Your repair ticket shows the item and a serial number if present, plus your name and contact information. When you sign the repair ticket, you are confirming that the description and value information thereon is correct to the best of your knowledge. Kirk Freeport is not responsible for incorrect information once you have confirmed it. If you notice later that the information is wrong, you’ll have to provide us with the original repair ticket and photo-id to have it changed.
The information that you provide to us will be verified by our qualified staff. Your identification of the condition, value, and quality of each item serves as a temporary identification until verified. If your description or valuation is substantially incorrect, or the task is difficult or likely to cause damage we will contact you before proceeding. If you then wish us to continue you assume all risks and costs incurred.
We’ll take exceptional care of your service items, but we are not responsible for damage caused by your incomplete or incorrect instructions, for instance take especial care that engraving instructions are accurate and unambiguous.
In the event of loss or damage Kirk Freeport agrees to replace the merchandise only in the event of actual willful default by the company or its employee. The cost of replacement and Kirk Freeport’s liability will not exceed our estimate of the value thereof. If no value is estimated then the liability will not exceed US$100.
We collect information personally identifying you, the client, to contact you when your service items are ready for collection. We hold this on file after the item is returned to you, in case repeat work is required. In accordance with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Regulations, 2018, this is not shared with persons unconnected with the Department except with your advance consent.
In most circumstances you will require the repair ticket and photo-id to collect your items.
When we’ve finished our work on your item we will attempt to contact you at intervals and at least three times. We will use text message, email or phone as supplied using the information you provided, we’ll even use social media if we have that information. If we still cannot contact you after 12 months, we may sell your item to defray our costs, any monies in excess of our costs we will hold for you in the form of a Gift Card.
We guarantee service under warranty for 12 months. Because of the unpredictable amount of wear and tear we cannot guarantee jewellery repairs but will repeat repairs at no cost if a fault recurs within a month of collection.
