RETURNS POLICY

We at Kirk Freeport strive very hard to provide our customers with the highest quality products from world-renowned brands and manufacturers.

Manufacturer’s defect: In the unfortunate event of a manufacturer’s defect the product is fully guaranteed for full refund or exchange. Please note that items that bear clear signs of wear and tear or wearer’s abuse are NOT covered under this warranty.

Sale-Priced and Promotionally priced items are FINAL SALE.

Buyer’s Remorse: No products are accepted for return due to ‘Buyer’s Remorse’.

Sale-priced or promotionally-priced items may not be returned or exchanged.

All Watches are sold with the respective Manufacturer’s International Warranty and service is available at any authorised dealer, including at Kirk Freeport’s excellent Customer Service department.

Items Delivered. In rare cases items are damaged in transit by careless handling. In the event of a delivered item arriving with damaged packaging please photograph the exterior of the package before opening as proof may be required by the Courier. Please ensure damage is reported on the Courier’s records.

Upon opening, if damage to the contents is confirmed then contact Kirk Freeport Customer Service Custserv@kirkfreeport.com or +1 (345) 949-7477 who will advise the next step.

Special Orders and Drop-shipped items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

Items collected at Kirk Freeport Stores should be inspected before the customer signs the store copy of the receipt and leaves the store.

Some items may be subject to additional return restrictions, which will be indicated on the store receipt.

All other items may be returned within two calendar weeks from purchase date for store credit, provided each item is returned in as-new condition, unworn, unmarked and with all original packaging in perfect condition, complete with all documentation and components and with the original Kirk Freeport receipt.
